We will work with hospitals, government entities, and local authorities in country to get copies of official records and provide translation of those records for you. 

Medical Documents

Medical Records

Medical records are obtained from all hospitals and/or facilities where a child has resided.  We get copies of the original documents and translate them.  We also have access to physicians who can verify medical terms for translation.

Medical History Statements

Sometimes statements are needed from biological parents and relatives that provide more facts on family history, genetic history, and medical conditions.  Those statements can be obtained from biological family members and used to obtain help for children.

Official Documents

Birth Records

Copies of official birth certificates can be hard to replace if lost.  We can provide a copy of the official birth certificate of a child with an official translation that is authenticated in the country of origin.

Court Records

We can gain access to copies of court records with an official translation have them authenticated in the country of origin.

Note:  A power of attorney is needed to obtain this documentation.
